Terms of Service

Effective June 12, 2026.

These terms govern your use of Donna, operated by GSD Labs LLC. By using Donna, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What Donna is — and isn’t

Donna is a productivity and executive-function coaching tool. It is designed around how attention and motivation work, and it is meant to help you plan and follow through on your own goals.

Donna is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. Nothing in the app diagnoses or treats ADHD or any other condition. If you are in crisis or need medical help, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (and at least 13). Please give us accurate information when you sign up.

Acceptable use

When using Donna, please don’t:

  • Break the law or infringe others’ rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Use the service to harm others or to send spam or malware.
  • Misuse access to any service you connect (such as your calendar) beyond your own legitimate use.

Connected services

You can connect third-party services like Google Calendar. When you do, you authorize Donna to access the data needed for that feature, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

The service is provided “as is”

We work hard to make Donna useful and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSD Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using Donna and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll update the effective date above, and for material changes we’ll give you notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
